Design

We can assist in the overall look and feel of your facility by developing planting plans that reflect a corporate image, provide usable amenity areas that compliments your facilities outdoor space with the surrounding area.

Planning

Whether established or still in the planning phase, we provide detailed maintenance schedules that describe all activity associated with the ongoing management of your landscaped areas. We will specify the activity required, the activity frequency, the month the activity is required and any special related requirements.

Ice Prevention and Snow clearance

In addition to our regular landscaping services Chapco also offer an automated ice prevention treatment service that is triggered by predicted temperatures and weather conditions. Should forecasted temperatures drop to 2 degrees C or below or frost be forecast, one of our gritting vehicles will visit your site and apply a mixture of grit and salt to your pedestrian and vehicular traffic areas.

Our service covers the period 15th November - 15th March and will ensure continued safe operating environments for your staff and site vehicle traffic, providing you with peace of mind and the time to concentrate on your business.

Because of the infrequency of prolonged snowfalls in recent winters we now offer snow clearance on an hourly, pay per use basis. And, as an ice prevention client we will guarantee you rapid site clearance times at preferential rates. Our 24 hour helpdesk facility is available to respond to snow clearance requests and additional Ice Preventative measures if required.

We have worked with many clients to create natural environments that encourages wildlife to thrive in areas dominated by human activity. Amongst our successes has been the creation of areas allowing badgers to settle, maintaining long grass damp environments for the protected Great Crested newt and the regeneration of aquatic areas that provide habitat for a multitude of plant and animal species.

Through careful planning, we believe that a diverse range of wildlife can exist and thrive in environments dominated by humans and industrial activity. Via the creation of such environments and the consideration of measures to reduce our impact on those environments we will contributing the governments overall strategy on climate change and biodiversity issues.
