Chapco offer a comprehensive service covering all aspects of a project. Working closely with the client from the initial brief to completion, undertaking feasibility studies and taking care of all legal and statutory requirements including fire and Health and Safety issues. Chapco’s project manages keep the client fully informed on all aspects of the job, with schedules of work and cost models, while taking care of all design meetings, contractor and architect meetings and monitoring on site progress.

Our clear and accurate financial reporting and in house capability means that one point of contact is able to control all activities and costs. Our highly experienced team are able to offer fast reaction and response to your business needs, having one team over seeing the project from day one to practical completion not only ensures all the stress is off the client but also gives them the best quality finish in the most cost affective way.

We closely monitor all on site work and see the project through to completion. However the job is not done when the handover is complete, Chapco will continue to work closely with the client should any issues arise.
