Obtaining Remote Support from Chapco couldn’t be easier, simply enter your name and your company name in the box opposite, choose the representative you are speaking to from the drop-down list and then click the ‘Click Here!’ button.

Then just follow the simple on-screen prompts, and in less than a minute one of our Helpdesk team will have secure full remote control of your server, PC or laptop letting them resolve your problem remotely. Once the Helpdesk or the end user has terminated the connection, it can only be re-established through the same process.
